Our Iron Maiden Double Cock Ring is a direct take off of our sexy sadist ring, and is made with two of our 1 1/2" diameter cock & ball shackles welded together with rows of real spikes pointed inward.

The original 1906 Patent for what is commonly called the "Kali's Tooth Ring" was made for long term wear to prevent young males from 'Self Abusing Themselves'.
