The position of the ankle cuffs are completely adjustable, so whether your slave is standing flat-footed or being forced to wear heels, you can adjust the ankle cuffs to just the right height with the provided allen wrench.

With their legs completely immobile you can have them bend over and adjust the ball crusher to the perfect height. Now, open up the ball crusher to your desired width to pull your hapless slave's scrotum through and, by using the thumb screws, you can apply a little, or a lot of pressure on the scrotum.
